About Betz/Betz Design & Production

Creative specialist, Betz Frank, is a senior conceptual graphic designer, writer, and photographer. She holds a BA in Commercial Photography and Photojournalism from Brooks Institute of Photography, Santa Barbara, and is a second-generation creative specialist with over 27 years of experience providing commercial clients with a wide range of products and services, as represented in this site's galleries.

Federal Proposal Graphics

Since 2006, Betz has provided creative support to government contractors on proposals to the Federal Government, Dept. of Defense, and Civilian agencies—creating thousands of graphics for nearly 200 submissions in IT, O&M Services, HR and Staffing, and Design/Build for both CONUS and OCONUS work. Betz works well with writers, engineers, managers, and SMEs from hand-drawn sketches, conversations, rough Powerpoints, or whiteboard texts to translate complex processes and concepts into meaningful visuals that help tell an impactful story. Knowledgeable about RFPs beyond sections L and M, Betz looks for ways to address evaluation criteria, highlight company differentiators, and save space throughout her design process. She also establishes and/or supports the corporate brand through style guides, covers, brochures, capabilities flyers and brochures, Powerpoint presentations, ads, and templates for related marketing activities.

In addition to her dedication to privacy and ethical responsibility, Betz also adds value, as needed, through:
• Familiarity with Sharepoint and TEAMS
• Ability to accurately map resumes to the requirement, interview staff, and complete resume template forms
• Performing non-technical editing
• Dedicated archiving and documention of digital assets
